What the notice says

Under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only a single source is reasonably available for the completion of this contract effort. The urgent and compelling need of the project to preserve the life and safety of personnel on Chabelly airfield nessecitated that this contract proceed while under protest and with resolution of the protest Hybrid Power International has already completed 61% of the contract effort and would only cost the government $56k to continue and complete the effort. This is the most time and cost efficent action for the government and under simplified acquisition procedures FAR 6.302-1(iii)… (show all)

(a) and FAR 6.302-1(iii)(b) the government is supported designating only one responsible source both to avoid duplication of costs that would not be recovered through competition, and against unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The contract is then re-awarded under these circumstances to Hybrid Power International.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $AMTM reported $7.9B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 11 past awards, $692K, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.

Companies are matched to tickers by exact name only. A company we could not match shows no market rows; that is a miss, not a finding.
