rovide three critical requirements: active storage, backup storage, and disaster recovery encompassing both on-site and off-site storage hardware. Physical equipment will be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order. Period of Performance: The period of performance for the service components will be five years from the date of the award. We anticipate that this will be a brand name requirement for 45Drives solutions specifically. However, submitters may propose products and services that are equal in nature. If doing so, please provide a thorough description of the proposed products and services, their salient characteristics, and a description of how they meet the Government's requirement. Whether a quote is for the 45Drives solution in the SOW or for an equivalent solution, the Government will only review quotes from vendors who are authorized resellers of all proposed line items. If this requirement is competed via an RFQ, a C-SCRM Questionnaire will be required and a State Department Secure Software Development Attestation Form may be required. Submitters must confirm whether they would be able to complete the C-SCRM documentation (attached) if required by a future solicitation. Based on the responses to this notice, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. This notice is a Sources Sought Notice only and the Government is not under any obligation to reply to any communications submitted in response to this notice.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
