ssue a sole source commercial item contract under FAR Part 12 for proprietary cloud?based revenue cycle management tools provided exclusively by: UEI: 86-0202039 Herman Miller Goodmans 4860 Pan American Fwy NE Albuquerque NM 87109 Products included: Countertops and shelves/holding brackets for Pharmacy workspace with specific lengths for Counseling Rooms 1 & 2, north & west walls, and south wall. Shelves will also be placed on back wall of pharmacy department. These commercial products are compatible with the Jicarilla Service Unit�s existing Pharmacy equipment and are licensed in accordance with FAR 12.212. 2. Justification for Sole Source Market research confirms that Herman Miller is the only responsible source capable of providing and supporting these unique products and installation. No other vendor has the legal or technical capacity to offer, integrate, or maintain the required products. Sole?source action is justified under FAR 6.302?1. 3. This Notice Is Not a Request for Quotes This Special Notice is issued only to announce the Government�s intent to negotiate solely with Herman Miller. No competitive solicitation will be issued. 4. Capability Statement Instructions Interested parties may submit a capability statement only if they can demonstrate: Proprietary access or licensing rights to Herman Miller �s systems, and Full ability to integrate new cabinets, shelves, desks, and countertops to the appropriate and unique specifications. Statements requiring alternative products will not be considered. 5.
