Scandium metal / Scandium oxide

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Contracting Directorate is seeking information on how an interested contractor could supply scandium metal and/or scandium oxide for a DLA Strategic Materials acquisition for addition of material into the National Defense Stockpile.
