Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Long-Term Contract (LTC) for Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) and DLA Direct Requirements. The contract, including the base period and option years, will not exceed five years. Reponses to this notice and Market Survey should be emailed to Ryan.Kirlin@dla.mil no later than 3:00 PM EST on October 2, 2026. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of Market Research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry.
