orming Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation support for the Replacement Veterans Affairs Medical Center Louisville, KY under an existing IOTA IDIQ since 2023 and has completed substantial project specific planning and sequencing activities. The project is now in the activation stage, and SME possesses unique knowledge of the facility s activation plans, equipment procurement coordination, warehousing flow, departmental transition schedules, and stakeholder requirements. This requirement supports the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs by providing contractor services to help support the activation of the medical center.
