Purpose of Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to officially transition this acquisition from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Sole-Source notice to a 100% Competitive SDVOSB Set-Aside in accordance with RFO 19.14. Basis of Award: The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible SDVOSB offeror whose quote represents the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Provide the exact Tektronix brand-name products specified in the line-item list (CLINs 0001 through 0007). Confirm ability to meet the required delivery date of 12 weeks ARO Submission Deadline: The quote submission deadline is hereby extended to 11 August at 4:00 PM Pacific Time. C. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
