What the notice says

The Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility intends to solicit and award a contract for blood services on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 602-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. equired for patient care. The ability to rapidly obtain and deliver blood products is critical to the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility mission and patient safety. Additionally, there are limited qualified vendors within the geographic region capable of providing the required blood collection, processing, distribution, and delivery services. The limited availability of vendors, combined with the need for rapid delivery and reliable access to blood products, significantly restricts the Health Centers ability to obtain these services from other sources. Based on the vendors geographic location, demonstrated ability to provide STAT delivery, and the limited number of qualified blood service providers in the region, the Government intends to solicit and award the requirement on a sole-source basis.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
