All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The USDA, ARS, SEA, R.W. Harned 1 and Poultry Research Unit, Mississippi, State, MS location has a requirement for Lawn Care Maintenance Services consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option that must be performed in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) attachment. Site Visit. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, and area of terrain to be serviced. One site visit is scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. Central Time at the USDA, ARS, SEA, R.W.Harned 1 and Poultry Research Unit, 150 Twelve Lane, Mississippi State, MS 39762.
