The proposed purchase order is for EZ-Pass tolls and fees for official government vehicles (OGV) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with TTEC Government Solutions, LLC. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. If proposals are received, the award will be determined by identifying the offeror that provides a technically acceptable quote for the lowest evaluated price. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
