NOTE: This requirement will terminate services upon completion of 9 months or shorter time period and there is no further follow-on effort for these services. It is important to note, Medical Acquisition Support Office-O, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a modification to IDIQ Contract W81K0425DA007 utilizing the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). The contractor is Controller Bay, LLC, 615 E 82nd Ave, Ste 300, Anchorage, AK 99518. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
