("CSIM"), the investment adviser to the fund, the Board of Trustees of the Schwab Strategic Trust approved the closure and liquidation of the Schwab Ariel Opportunities ETF (SAEF). The fund will cease trading on the NYSE Arca, Inc. (NYSE) as of the close of regular trading on July 17, 2026 (the "Closing Date"), at which time the fund’s shares will be delisted.
